Coast & Mountains

At Kyst & Fjell you can find a place to take friends and family on holiday, whether you want to Koster, up on the mountain at Lifjell in Telemark or, in certain periods, south to Cyprus in the Mediterranean.

At Koster we have three very different accommodations. Villa Grottan is the comfortable option with good space and more rooms, Bryggerhuset is smaller and simpler, while Hønsehuset is our very simplest option; a simple "roof over your head" for you who primarily need a place to sleep during a short stay on the island.

At Lifjell we offer Espedalstuen, an almost 200-year-old cabin that is well suited for family and friends who want a few days on the mountain. Here you have a good starting point for both mountain tours, skiing and experiences in the area around Bø and Lifjell.

In certain periods, we can also offer holiday apartments in Paphos in sunny Cyprus, with a beautiful view of the sea and a private swimming pool belonging to the complex. Paphos is located on the west coast of Cyprus and combines beach life and warm days with an old village, cozy restaurants, harbor area and a long history. The area is known for its archaeological sights and Roman mosaics, but at the same time is a good starting point for road trips, small villages, beaches and trips further into the island.

Most people who live with us come simply to have a holiday, be together and experience the area on their own. Accommodation and activities and experiences are therefore two separate offers. But for those who want to do something extra along the way, we also offer a number of tours, courses and outdoor experiences in collaboration with outdoor operator Ut i det fri . The activities can be booked completely independently of accommodation with us, but of course it is also possible to combine, for example a few days of vacation at Koster with a guided hike or kayak tour.
